Photo-first recording

Start with a photo of your monitor instead of typing every number from scratch.

A check before you save

You stay in control. Review each captured reading before adding it to your record.

Your record, on your phone

Your saved readings stay in this phone’s app storage. Use on-device reading where available, or enter numbers manually, to keep the process on your phone.

A ROUTINE WITH GUIDANCE

Home monitoring,
one step at a time.

The AnyBP process is designed to accommodate NICE guidelines for home blood pressure monitoring.

When home readings are used to confirm a diagnosis, NICE recommends this routine. Follow any individual instructions from your healthcare professional.

Read NICE guideline NG136
2

Readings each time

Take two seated measurements, at least one minute apart.

2×

Every day

Measure twice daily, ideally morning and evening.

4–7

Days of readings

Continue for at least four days, ideally seven.

For the diagnostic average, exclude day one and average all remaining measurements with your healthcare professional.

AnyBP records readings from a separate blood pressure monitor; your phone does not measure blood pressure. Check every captured number. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a condition or replace medical advice. Referencing NICE guidance does not imply NICE endorsement.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Your questions,
answered.

Do I need a new blood pressure monitor?

AnyBP starts with a photo of your monitor’s display. Keep using the monitor recommended by your healthcare professional, and always check captured numbers against its screen. Photo recognition can vary by display and lighting.

Do I need to download an app?

AnyBP is a progressive web app (PWA). On iPhone, add it to your Home Screen using Safari. On Android, install it from Chrome. It then opens from its own icon. See the step-by-step instructions.

Can AnyBP tell me whether my blood pressure is healthy?

No. AnyBP is for recording readings, not diagnosis or treatment decisions. Discuss your readings and your personal targets with your healthcare professional.

Can I keep my data on my own phone?

Yes. Your saved readings and personal record are stored locally on your phone. You can enter readings manually, or use the on-device photo reader where available. If you choose online photo reading, a photo is sent through Cloudflare to Anthropic after your consent. Optional training samples are shared only when you choose Save and Send.

Protect your phone with a passcode or biometric lock and export backups to a location you trust. Clearing app or browser storage, or losing your phone, can remove local records; adding a Home Screen icon is not a backup.

How can I help improve AnyBP and try new features early?

Register interest in the optional contributor programme below. Early-feature invitations are available independently of training participation. You can also choose to help AnyBP learn to read more monitor displays.

Joining the interest list does not share your readings or authorise training. In the app, you choose Save and Send for each sample you want to contribute. You can keep using Save Reading without contributing. Programme invitations and early feature releases are coming soon.

How much will AnyBP cost?

Pricing is still being decided. Join early access to hear about availability and pricing when details are ready.

What happens when I join early access?

You register your email to receive AnyBP early-access and launch updates. Joining the list does not create an app account or ask you to share blood pressure readings.

PRIVACY, FROM THE START

Your readings.
Kept on your own phone.

Your saved blood pressure history stays in local app storage on your smartphone. Keep it protected with your phone’s passcode or biometric lock, and export backups to a safe place you choose.

Manual entry and the on-device reader keep readings on your phone. Online photo reading is a separate choice: after consent, a photo is sent through Cloudflare to Anthropic. Training contributions are optional and chosen sample by sample.

This website asks for your email, email consent and optional contributor interest—not your health records. It uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

YOUR CHOICE TO CONTRIBUTE

Help AnyBP read
more monitors.

Different monitors have different displays. If you would like to help improve the reader, you can choose to contribute a monitor photo and its checked numbers.

Help shape what comes next

Join early access to hear about new-feature previews as they become available. You do not have to share readings or training photos to be eligible.

In the app, Save and Send shares a chosen photo, the detected and checked numbers, and reader details with AnyBP for review and training. Save Reading keeps your record without sending a training sample.

Sharing is optional each time. Hidden photo metadata is removed, but anything visible in the photo remains—keep names, faces and personal details out of the frame. Registering interest below does not give permission to upload samples. Programme invitations are coming soon.
